What are 5 Mistakes to Avoid When Making Muffins?
- Over mixing the batter. Once it’s mixed, stop.
- Under filling the muffin tin will lead to small non-poofy tops of the muffins.
- Forgetting to spray the muffin tin will lead to stuck muffins.
- Overfilling the muffin tin will not give you that beautiful top on the muffin.
- Under baking. Use a toothpick and make sure it comes out clean. Check a couple muffins to be sure.
