Don’t you love the uplifting taste of peppermint? You can make your own peppermint coffee with this recipe. Imagine sitting by the fire with a warm cup of coffee. You have a warm blanket and a nice not cup of coffee in your hand. Sounds like a perfect evening (or morning).
There is no need to run to the coffee shop to make this and you can certainly adjust the level of flavor in your cup. This is a cup of Joe you can enjoy year round or during the holidays as a special treat.

Peppermint can be enjoyed year round. You can keep enough peppermint sticks on hand for the year. In a pinch, you can also use peppermint oil.
What Coffee Beans Do You Use?
You use your favorite coffee beans you normally use. Select your grind of coffee beans you like as well.

There are 365 days a year. And if you aren’t drinking peppermint coffee, you can make peppermint cocoa.
Can You Serve Peppermint Coffee Hot or Cold?
It can be served, hot, iced or frozen. However you enjoy it and cake make it at home, you can enjoy it.
Easy Peppermint Coffee
Ingredients
- brewed coffee in a mug
- peppermint candy cane we use mini candy canes
- crushed candy canes
- whipped cream optional
Instructions
- Brew your favorite cup of coffee.
- Be sure to leave room for cream and sugar (if you like it that way).
- Add the whipped cream (again optional, but so yummy).
- Add a few crushed candy candy sprinkles on top of the whipped cream.
- Place a candy cane into the whipped cream and allow it to dissolve into your coffee.
- Drink and enjoy.
- This is perfect for the Christmas season. If you want to have peppermint candy year round, buy extra candy canes to last all year.
