Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

Looking for a quick, light, and flavorful sandwich? This homemade chicken salad sandwich is a perfect option! Inspired by the best chicken salad I have ever ate from a local Michigan restaurant, I’ve created a recipe that’s just as tasty and easy to make at home.

When you make the chicken salad at home, you can make a larger batch that will feed your family and be budget friendly (and allow you to eat it when you want).  This sandwich can be served on bread, croissants, crackers or ate right out of the bowl.

Make this recipe quick by using left over rotisserie chicken or left overs from chicken breasts.  So perfect to make during the summer when you want a light and delicious meal.
