make Christmas complete at Dolly Parton’s Stampede
Christmas at Dolly Parton’s Stampede
I was invited to attend Dolly Parton’s Stampede on a Blogging Branson trip. We were treated to the Christmas at Dolly Parton’s Stampede show and dinner. This is a family fun event that you will be talking about for years to come. This is extra special when you attend in the Fall for their Christmas show.
When you arrive, you need to make sure you come early. Ninety minutes will give you time to see the pre-show entertainment that they have BEFORE the show. It will also give you enough time to stroll and see the horses that are in the show. This is located next to the venue and it is something every horse lover will enjoy.

Dinner & a show – you will not leave hungry
Dinner is served during the show and you will not leave hungry. You are served a generous meal that includes a whole rotisserie chicken and hickory smoked barbecued pork tenderloin. You also get a delicious homemade biscuit (you’ll want the recipe), corn on the cob, creamy vegetable soup and a delicious dessert. What makes their dinner unique, is they don’t provide silverware (you can request it if desired). They also have vegetarian meals upon requested.
live horses, entertainment & more
While you are enjoying your meal, the show is happening in the ring below. Horses and riders are performing tricks and equestrian acrobatics in the arena. A lucky few are brought down in the arena to be part of the entertainment too.
Part of the Christmas show has you taking a side, either the North or South Pole. Santa had to open another shop.
Santa makes a visit to the arena, there is a bit of ice skating and the toys comes to life in a neon show that the kids will love.
You also get to experience a beautiful live nativity, with camels! It was awesome to be there and experience this part of the show.
There is so much included in this show, it is something your family will have fond memories on for years to come.
