Make a list, check it twice and see Clay Cooper’s Christmas Show
Clay Cooper’s Christmas Show is a show that doesn’t disappoint. Clay Cooper has a charismatic personality. You don’t just watch a show, you become part of the show. And before you know it, you’ve seen an amazing show that was 2 hours long!
We were taken to our seats by James. He chatted with us before the show started. James is part of a trio, Third Power, that sings in the show. Yes, the performers come off the stage and interact to with the guests in this very personal way.
Clay also comes out into the audience and interacts with the guests. You will also find his wonderfully kind wife Tina singing the show as well. She’s the lady who helps pull everything together. Clay and Tina’s children also perform along with them in the show too.
In the show, there is not just singing. That is a big part of the show of course, but there is dancing as well. It’s also not Clay Cooper singing to you for the entire show. There are a variety of singers, trios and his family performs. And then, well, Clay notices something in the audience and starts chatting up the crowd. This makes it a great show to see as it’s interactive and hilarious at times.
Be sure to get snacks before it starts or get them at intermission. After intermission is when the Christmas part of the show starts. It is a beautiful Christmas show that contains holiday songs that you will find yourself singing along loud and proud to.
Add it to your must see shows when you come to Branson!
Fun Fact: The building Clay Cooper uses, was where the famous Osmonds performed!

I found myself drawn in as the Hughes Brothers told stories and performed. There’s a little humor thrown in as well. It is the perfect show to take the entire family to go see. We were able to attend a show during the day, so we could do other activities in the evening.
You will find yourself drawn in with the family stories and beautiful harmonies as they sing family favorites. Be amazed at the dancing, the number of instruments this family can play. I was impressed with the violinist came on stage to play. I was surprised at how many of them played the violin. You’ll have to see for yourself how many there are!
The show runs around 2 hours long and has an intermission, so you can get snacks, including Mama Hughes’ famous cookies. Her grandkids sell them at the stage, so be sure to have cash on hand!
The entire show, November to December is dedicated to Christmas songs and performances. The Hughes family have a beautiful backdrop and costumes. You will find a nativity performance, including Santa. The costumes are fabulous and the baby was beautiful.
