Sriracha Mayo Burger
To my burger, I added the Red Gold Lime and Cilantro diced tomatoes. For each burger, I added 2 tablespoons very well drained tomatoes, with a little pepper. Incorporate the tomatoes into the burger and form into a patty. I topped the burger with pepper jack cheese and put about 1 teaspoon of mayo on the burger.
We cooked the fries and then used a little of the siracha mayo as our dipping sauce. A hint of spice to the mayo. And if you want additional spice, add more sriracha. You can set your heat level.
