Pie Tips:

  • You can use fresh puree or canned, whichever you prefer
  • Put non-stick spray on your dish to make it easier to remove
  • We used a pie pan, but you can also use an 8×8 Pyrex dish
  • You can mix with a hand mixer to make it creamer, instead of by hand.
  • We used a deep pie pan, not a shallow one
  • Store leftovers in the fridge covered in plastic wrap
  • Allow the pie to cool to set. It will be easier to cut
Ever have a crustless pie? This no crust pumpkin pie is so easy to make. And it's baked in the microwave in about 30 minutes.
