When your kids need to bring in treats for the Christmas parties at school, take it up a notch. You can take regular cupcakes and turned them into an exciting treat. With a few ingredients, we turned festive cupcakes into ring toss Christmas cupcakes.

Make your favorite cupcake recipe (or box recipe). Allow them to cook and you are ready for them to become holiday cupcakes.
What Is Needed To Make Ring Toss Cupcakes?
- baked cupcakes
- ring gummies
- peppermint lumps, or candy canes broken into 2 inch pieces (or there about)
- peppermint frosting

How Do You Make Them Ring Toss Cupcakes?
You can take the rings and attempt to throw them on the cupcakes for a game. Or you can just serve them with the ring on the side instead and let the person attempt to do it themselves. Or put several together and have a game like at a carnival.

Are The Rings Hard?
The rings are made from gummies, so they are semi chewy like typical gummies are.

Ring Toss Christmas Cupcakes
Ingredients
- baked cupcakes
- ring gummies
- peppermint lumps or candy canes broken into 2 inch pieces (or there about)
- peppermint frosting
Instructions
- Bake your cupcakes like you normally would.
- Add the peppermint frosting to the cupcakes. If you cannot find peppermint frosting, you can use regular frosting or use vanilla frosting with a few drops of peppermint extract and mix.
- Place one peppermint lump in the middle of each cupcake. Add ring gummy on or next to the peppermint lump.
- Repeat until all the cupcakes are decorated.
