Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream (that is the small container)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed brown
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • You want to get the sugar to dissolve into the sour cream.
  • Once you have mixed, you can set to the side and slice your apples and other fruits.
  • Come back to the dip and stir again to make sure that it is blended well.

You can use a hand mixer or stand mixer if you want.  We found it a quick dip that using a spatula is just fine as the sour cream is not super stiff.
