These peaches and cream popsicles are super easy (and cheap) to make for your family. Making them yourself, allows you to control how much sweetness you add in with sugar.
Great way to keep cool during the hot months and use your canned fruits during the winter.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup frozen peaches (we used unfrozen canned peaches, drained) 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon. vanilla 1/2 cup sugar (use less for sweet fruits and more for tart fruits).
Instructions:
In a bowl, add the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Remove the blending blade and add the chopping blade into the quick chef, then add 1 cup peaches. Seal on and spin it for 15-30 seconds (the more you spin the finer the peach becomes) Place 1 peach at the end of the popsicle container (so there will be fruit at the tip of the popsicle.) Place the mixture into a popsicle container, seal. Tap on the counter to remove any air bubbles and pour more in if needed and place the top on. Place in the freezer and allow to set up over night.
