Eye of Newt Halloween Brownies

Halloween Brownies Party Treats
So your kids tell you mom you have to bring something for my Halloween party. You panic, what will you bring? What about Eye of Newt Halloween brownies?
You can make this easy brownie recipe and add your candies and eyes and boom, you have a semi-quick save the day treat for your kids Halloween party.
Brownies are one of the easier recipes to make homemade. This recipe is perfect for the Halloween party your friends are throwing and you don’t want to come empty handed.
How Sweet Are These Brownies?
This is not a overly sweet recipe. It does contain candy and chocolate candy in it. This is sweet enough to balance out the flavors of the brownie perfectly.
How Do I Decorate the Brownies?
Your kids will love helping and putting the eyes into the brownies too. If you have raspberry or strawberry jelly, you could drizzle that over the top for a ‘blood’ effect, but they are perfectly fine without that.
If you have gummy worms, you can also decorate the brownies with these as well.
When Do I Put the Decorations on?
After the brownies have baked, you can deocorate them. If you don’t mind them getting a little messy, you can decorate while they are still warm. Otherwise, wait until they are completely cooled to place the deocrations on top of the brownies.

Can I Make These Brownies In Advance?
Brownies can be made in advance, but will dry out. I suggest baking no more than a day before your event.
How Many Brownies Does This Recipe Make?
This makes an 8×8 size pan of Halloween brownies. Depending on how small you cut them, determines how many brownies it will make. Be sure to make a ghoulish punch to serve with these treats.
