- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped or use half the amount of dried cranberries

- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven 350℉
- In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and sugars and cream together.
- Once mixed well, add the egg and vanilla and mix and incorporate.
- Add in the white chocolate chips and cranberries and mix until blended.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt into the batter a cup at a time, allowing to mix before adding the next cup.
- Mix until incorporated and stop.
