Ingredients

softened butter

brown sugar

white chocolate chips

fresh cranberries, chopped
or use half the amount of dried cranberries

flour

baking powder

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat Oven 350℉
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and sugars and cream together.
Once mixed well, add the egg and vanilla and mix and incorporate.
Add in the white chocolate chips and cranberries and mix until blended.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt into the batter a cup at a time, allowing to mix before adding the next cup.
Mix until incorporated and stop.
Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet.
Put a tablespoon-ish size of cookie dough per cookie on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Allow to cool on parchment paper.
Repeat process until all cookies are baked.
