Flatbread Veggie Pizza with Garlic Aioli

Flatbread Veggie Pizza
Red Gold Aioli sent me a kit to try their recipes and share my opinion. My opinions are my own and may differ from yours.
I was excited to try their products because Red Gold focuses on growing tomatoes locally in the Midwest, including Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. The climate, sun, and soil in this region are perfect for producing flavorful tomatoes.
One of the recipes I decided to try was a flatbread veggie pizza with aioli, and it turned out absolutely delicious.
What Is Aioli?
Aioli is a flavorful spread made with mayonnaise and seasonings with garlic, herbs, or spices. It works well as a dipping sauce or spread for many foods.
Aioli is delicious on:
- sandwiches
- fries
- chicken
- and even pizza
Red Gold created a simple aioli recipe using Red Gold Garlic & Oil Tomatoes, mayonnaise, and a few additional ingredients. The result is a rich and flavorful spread that works perfectly on this flatbread veggie pizza.
What Ingredients Are Needed?
- flatbread or Naan bread
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- green or orange pepper chopped
- Red Gold Garlic & Oil tomatoes, drained
- light mayo
- garlic cloves roasted
- fresh chopped basil
This pizza turned out so delicious that my kids immediately wanted their own. I ended up making them their own flatbread cheese aioli pizza using cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
One of the best things about this recipe is how easy it is to customize. You can easily add your familyโs favorite vegetables to create your own version of this flatbread veggie pizza.
