Looking for a easy topping for your ice cream? Try this peanut butter chocolate topping. Two ingredients and a minute in the microwave and you are done!| eattravellife.comI love peanut butter and I love chocolate. I would put them on my ice cream separately.  And then I thought, what would they taste like if I mixed the two together for a peanut butter chocolate topping.

I found they worked better when I heated them up a bit in the microwave.

Peanut butter chocolate topping

What you need
peanut butter (I prefer chunky)
chocolate syrup

 

In a microwave safe container, add in equal parts chocolate syrup and chocolate.

Microwave for about 30 seconds, until it starts to bubble.  Microwave longer if needed.

Stir until incorporated together.

Pour over ice cream, top with whipped cream if desired.
