Delicious & Tangy Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

How to Make BBQ Crock Pot Chicken
This bbq crock pot barbecue chicken is simple and easy to make and so delicious. This is perfect to put in the slow cooker and let it simmer on the weekend and enjoy for lunch or dinner. If you find you have left overs, they are great to put in a bowl with sauce and let the chicken absorb some more of the delicious sauce.
This can be served with your favorite vegetables. I like to have a baked or mashed potato.
Let the crock pot do the hard work and add veggies to your plate for a delicious meal.
I like to make (doctor) up my bbq sauce with a recipe I got from a friend when I lived in North Carolina. I’ve since modified it to my families tastes.
Tip: Instead of pouring all the sauce over the chicken, save some back and use it as a sauce over the chicken to eat for a tangy flavor versus using cooked sauce.

This chicken bbq looks incredibly delicious and you made me crave for it. I can’t wait to make this one. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
It is. and if you ‘chopped it up’ and add the BBQ sauce in it, it’s devine!
Mmmm, looks delicious! Crock pot cooking is one of my favorites, especially in the hot summer months. I’ve never used the crock pot liners though. I’ll definitely try that next time. Anything to save on clean up time is a big plus in my book! =)
I agree Sara. It has been over 100 degrees here (not normally this hot) so I have just not wanted to cook period.

Definitely less mess and if you use a slower cooker liner, even better!
