2chicken breastscut into thin strips or use chicken tenders
1bottle honey barbecue saucebrown sugar bbq sauce works well too
1/2cuphoney
1/4cupsugar
1tablespoonvinegar
1/4cupyellow mustard
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
Put a liner in your slow cooker.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle lemon pepper over the ribs and give a good coating.
In a bowl mix the bbq sauce, honey, sugar, vinegar, yellow mustard and red peppercorns.
Pour the bbq mixture over the chicken, cook covered 4-6 hours on low.
They chicken is done when you put a fork in them and they pull apart easily.
Serve and pour additional sauce over the chicken.
Notes
TIP:Instead of pouring all the sauce over the chicken, save some back and use it as a sauce over the chicken to eat for a tangy flavor versus using cooked sauce.
