Homemade Italian Meatballs
Making Italian meatballs is easy and delicious. You can use them in several delicious meals. What will you make with your meatballs?

Ingredients

pound
hamburger
1/2
pound
ground Italian sausage
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
Italian bread crumbs
1
teaspoon
dried minced onions
2
teaspoons
minced garlic
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
2
Tablespoons
dried parsley
1-2 Tablespoons water (if needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven 400F.
In a bowl add the beef and ground sausage.
Add all the ingredients but the water and mix.
If the ingredients are dry, add the water a tablespoon at a time.
Mix until everything is incorporated.
Make 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place the meatballs onto the rack so that they all fit, but are not touching.
Place in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Place in your favorite sauce to make a sub sandwich or make homemade lasagna. You can also eat these as an appetizer.
