You will want to cook with the largest crock pot you have (we prefer an oval so we can fit the stuffing),
Place a liner in the slow cooker.
Add 1 cup of water into the pot with the turkey.
Take the thawed turkey breasts out of the package and place into the crock pot breast side down.
Pat down the top and sides of the turkey. If desired, rub a little butter on the sides of the turkey and rub a teaspoon of rosemary on the skin of the turkey.
In a large bowl, mix the stuffing with the butter, onion, sage and chicken broth. and let sit for 5 minutes.
Once mixed, add the stuffing around the turkey breast in the slow cooker and place the cover on the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. The stuffing will settle down a bit once it has been cooking.
The turkey is done when the temperature is at 165F.
You can turn the crock pot onto warm and carve the turkey and serve dinner.
