Simple & Tasty Meatloaf

hamburger

bread
cut into small pieces*
1/2
cup
ketchup
reserve half
1/4
cup
brown sugar
reserve half*
2
eggs
1
tablespoon
minced onion
1/2
teaspoon
of both pepper & salt
*Topping is part of the ketchup & brown sugar the rest goes in the meatloaf
Instructions
To cook immediately, preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients (except half the ketchup and brown sugar).
Spray a loaf pan (or use mini loaf pans) with non-stick spray. (Makes 1 large or 3 mini loaves).
Place equal parts into each loaf pan.
Mix the ketchup and brown sugar that was held back.
Place it on top of each loaf and spread out.
Cook the meatloaf 1 hours to 1 hour 15 minutes.
