Quick Instant Pot Pork Chops
Make fork tender delicious Instant Pot pork chops. So delicious with a nice cream of mushroom gravy, served over mashed potatoes.

pork chops, 3/4" - 1" thick

can
cream of mushroom soup
1
can
chicken stock/vegetable stock
3
tablespoons
corn starch
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Cut boneless pork chops in half
Add pepper to both sides
Put your Instant Pot on sauté and add olive oil
Place the pork chops into the Instant Pot and sear both sides of the pork chops.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and broth. Stir and remove any bits from the bottom of the pot.
Add the corn starch and stir to incorporate.
Place the cover on the Instant Pot and cook on meat mode for 20 minutes on high.
Allow to natural release and remove pork chops and sauce.
Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes.
