Ingredients
- cooking spray
- chocolate chip cookie dough
- peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and use mini chocolate chips.
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Bake the cookies in a mini muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray or coated with butter.
- You'll want to placed about 1 teaspoon of the cookie dough into the tin. Bake the cookies between 10-12 minutes at 350F or until light brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then place the peanut butter cup into the cookie.
- Once cooled, remove the cookie with a spoon or fork from the tin.
- You may need to go around with a knife to remove from the edges.
- Allow to cool and the peanut butter cup to set up.
Notes
The peanut butter cups may get a little warm, but they should harden.
You can place them into the fridge if you are in a hurry. These can easily be made ahead of time. You can also put them on a cute plate and give as a gift to your neighbors so you don't eat them all yourself.
