Follow directions on the package of your corn muffins mix (or homemade mix) and preheat the oven.
Grease/butter your muffin tin (or use cupcake papers) If you don't grease/butter the tins, the corn muffins will stick and be a mess.
Fill the muffin tin about 1/2 full with the muffin mix.
Cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces and place 2 pieces in each muffin tin.
Cook the corn muffin per the corn muffin instructions, until the toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
If you use mini muffin tins, you should only put 1 piece of meat in the tin.To make them taste like corn dogs, use hot dogs.Don't over fill the muffin tins (only fill half way) as they will puff up while baking.
