Take your dish and place the oven bag on the dish and open it so you will be able to put the turkey breasts in it.
Open the bag the turkey breast is in and drain and pat dry.
Pull the skin back and rub 1/2 the spices under the skin and add the butter. Repeat on other side.
Place the thawed turkey breast into the oven bag, breast side down (bigger part).
Add enough pepper on the top of the turkey breast to coat it lightly, 1-2 teaspoons.
Put your stuffing on the sides of the turkey.The stuffing will help keep the turkey from drying out during cooking.
The turkey will need to cook for 15-20 minutes for every pound of turkey meat.
You will want to check the meat temperature in the deepest part. It needs to be 165℉ to be baked to done. Verify it is cooked through on several places.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let set in the pan for 15 minutes (so the juices go back into the turkey).
