Homemade English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients

scrambled egg

pieces
of cooked bacon
1
slice
cheddar cheese

toasted English muffin
Instructions
Take the egg and scrabble. Cook in a pan using a round cookie/biscuit cutter (spray with non-stick spray).
If you haven't already, toast your English muffin! That takes longer than the egg to cook!
Place the egg on the muffin and then add the cheese and bacon.
Try it with ham, peppers, onions, whatever makes your tummy happy!
