Do you love coffee? Enjoy a little coffee ice cream that will make your heart happy. Here's a simple recipe to enjoy coffee for a dessert.

Ingredients
2cupsheavy cream
1cuphalf and half
2 teaspoonsvanilla
3/4cupsugar
2Tablespoonsinstant espresso
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
You want to incorporate everything together until they sugar is melted into the cream mix.
The ice cream should have a creamy texture. Some of the espresso may not have mixed, but will when it sits.
Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Ensure that the ice cream maker is ready (ours has to be frozen over night)
Place the ice cream into the ice cream maker and start it, to begin freezing the ice cream.
Once the ice cream is frozen, remove from the paddle and ice cream from the ice cream maker.
Place the ice cream in a freezer safe container and put into the freezer.
Serve the ice cream when it has firmed up (at least 30 minutes)

Taste test the ice cream after placing the espresso in the ice cream, add more espresso if desired.You can also add pieces of espresso chocolate chips if desired.If you don't have half and half, you can use whole milk.
