Homemade Blueberry Sauce Recipe
Try not to eat your screen. This blueberry sauce is delicious. Perfect to serve on top of pancakes, French toast, ice cream and yogurt.

Ingredients

cup
sugar

Tablespoons
corn starch

cup
water
1
cup
blueberries
1
Tablespoon
lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
In a pot, add the sugar and corn starch and mix.
Add the water & optional lemon juice, stir and turn the heat on to a medium heat and bring to a boil.
Add the blueberries and stir over medium heat.
Bring the blueberry mix to a boil.
You can 'squish' the blueberries against the side of the pan to release their flavor, not flatten.
Once the mix becomes thick like pie filling, remove from heat.
