Flatbread Pizza with Aoili

Ingredients

flatbread or 2 Naan bread

cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
medium green or orange pepper chopped

can Red Gold Garlic & Oil tomatoes
drained
1/2
cup
light mayo
10
large garlic cloves roasted and mashed)
1
Tablespoon
fresh chopped basil.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Spread layer of Garlic Aioli on flatbread.
Sprinkle with peppers and top with cheese.
Bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Just before serving, add fresh basil.
