Easy Baked Potatoes In Slow Cooker
Enjoy the simplicity of perfectly baked potatoes using your slow cooker. This recipe delivers tender and flavorful spuds with minimal effort

Ingredients
washed russet potatoes
olive oil
coarse salt
shredded cheese
Instructions
Add the washed potatoes into a medium bowl.
Take the olive oil and drizzle it over the potatoes.
Lay out a piece of foil big enough to go around your potato.
Sprinkle salt around the outside of the potatoes (to your liking)
Take a piece of foil big enough to go around each potato individually.
Wrap the foil around the potato and place into the slow cooker. Repeat until all the potatoes are in the slow cooker.
Place lid on the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
Potatoes are done when a fork is easy to pierce them.
Serve with butter, cheese or pulled pork. (or any toppings you like)
