Easy Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies
Easy bacon wrapped little smokies made with just a few ingredients. The perfect sweet and savory appetizer for any party.

package of little smokies
package of bacon
not thick sliced

cup
brown sugar
or more, as needed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut the bacon into strips long enough to wrap around a little smokie (about in thirds).
Wrap the bacon around the sausage and secure with a toothpick.
Placed the wrapped sausages on the baking sheet and give a little space between for the toothpicks.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping them at 20 minutes. You want both sides browned.
Remove from heat and place on a paper towel. If adding brown sugar, noted below, dab on towel and place onto a plate. The paper towel will stick.
Brown Sugar Smokies
Before wrapping the smokie in bacon, add brown sugar on the bacon and then wrap it.
Secure with a toothpick and sprinkle a little brown sugar on top.
Bake as noted above and flip half way as well.
