Add the milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and incorporate.
Pour the egg mix over the bread.
Cover with foil and place in the fridge overnight or at least for 8 hours. You want the bread to soak up the egg mix.
When you want to bake, remove from the fridge and let sit 30 minutes before putting into the oven, longer if you are using a glass dish so it doesn't break (it needs to be room temperature).
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Add the blueberries and dollops of cream cheese on top of the bread. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top if desired.
Bake for 30 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden in color.
