Beer Cheese Recipe
Need a dip for your pretzels? Make this beer cheese dip. Perfect to serve with pretzels or on hot dogs or on your favorite sandwich.

Ingredients

cup
- finely shredded sharp cheddar
8
oz
cream cheese
1
cup
- finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1
cup
beer (like lager)
1/4
teaspoon
Worcestershire
1/2
teaspoon
garlic salt
Instructions
In a pot, heat up the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella and beer.
Once semi blended, add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
Allow to simmer until completely blended.
You want to melt and have cheese mixed, but not cooked and dry out.
Serve with pretzels or on hot dogs and more.
