Beer Cheese Recipe
Need a dip for your pretzels? Make this beer cheese dip. Perfect to serve with pretzels or on hot dogs or on your favorite sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 cup - finely shredded sharp cheddar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup - finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup beer (like lager)
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- In a pot, heat up the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella and beer.
- Once semi blended, add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
- Allow to simmer until completely blended.
- You want to melt and have cheese mixed, but not cooked and dry out.
- Serve with pretzels or on hot dogs and more.
