115 ouncecan diced tomatoescan use 2 whole tomatoes

To Make Chipotle Seasoning
3/4Tablespoonpaprika
3Tablespoonground cumin
½Tablespoongarlic powder
3/4Tablespoonchili powder
3/4Tablespoondried cilantro
1 2/3Tablespoononion powder
3/4Tablespoonsugar
1 1/3Tablespoonsalt
Instructions
In your food processor, start by chopping your hardest ingredients first. Cut your onion in half (after removing the ends) and quarter and place into chopper.
Cut into a large chop size 1 inch in size.
Cut your jalapeños pepper, remove the ends and remove the seeds (or leave in) depending on how spicy you want it. You can also put in part of the pepper.
Add into the chopper and chop again until desired size of onions.
Place into a bowl and add your seasoning (more seasoning if you want more spice) and diced tomatoes.
If you are chopping a tomato too, it should be chopped last after removing the core and it should be cut in quarters.
Allow the salsa to sit so the flavors infuse.
This can be served as a side as chips and salsa or you can place on top of your tacos, nachos and buritos for additional flavor.
