Pecan Nut Balls
Cookie making is a family tradition at the holidays. Make these pecan nut ball cookies and share memories with your family.

Ingredients
1
cup
soft butter
2
teaspoons
vanilla
1/2
cup
sugar
2
cups
flour
2
cups
chopped pecans
1
cup
powdered sugar (for outside of cookies)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the soft butter, sugar and vanilla.
Once incorporated, add the flour and pecans and mix thorough.
Allow the dough to chill for 1-2 hours.
Once chilled, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Round teaspoon size balls onto your cookie sheet.
These don't have to be perfect, you can roll them in your hands to make them round.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and roll in powder sugar and set aside to cool.
Repeat until all cookies are done.
