Zucchini
- 4 cups peeled, seeded and cubed zucchini
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon

- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉.
- Peel your zucchini. Remove the ends and use the ice cream scoop to remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, add the chopped zucchini, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar.
- Mix together and pour mixture into an 8x8 square pan. Spread out evenly, in 1 layer.

- In a bowl combine the oatmeal, cinnamon, brown sugar and mix together before adding in the melted butter. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
- Sprinkle the oatmeal mixture over the zucchini so it is evenly covering zucchini..
