1pizza crustwe recommend using the kind from the tube
3 -4tablespoonsof pizza sauceand the rest of the jar/can for dipping
pepperoni
mozzarella slices
1cupcornmeal
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Spray your parchment paper with non-stick spray.
Roll out your pizza dough and stretch it out to fit in the pan (we did this, but not so it was thin).
Add 3-4 tablespoons of pizza sauce over the pizza dough and spread it out with the back of the spoon.
Put down a layer of the mozzarella sliced cheese side by side and then add pepperoni on top.
Slowly roll one of the long ends of the pizza dough (like you do for cinnamon rolls). We want lots of rolls, not small fat ones. :)
Take your pizza cutter or a sharp knife and cut it in the middle. Half each side and half again.
Cut the remaining pieces into small 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Place the bottom into the cornmeal and then place onto the parchment paper. Repeat until they are all cut up.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until evenly brown.

Notes
You can use shredded mozzarella if you wanted, but it may be harder to roll.
You only need a thin coat of pizza sauce on the dough, not like you would make pizza. Otherwise, it will spill out of your rolls. A little goes a long way here.
Experiment with other toppings, but be careful they stay put while rolling the log up.
We used the baking area as our prep area, but if you like to do dishes, use another surface to make the pizza rolls.
