Ingredients
1loafTexas toast
12eggseggs
1/4cuphalf and half (or milk/heavy cream)
1teaspoonground cinnamon adjust to your taste
Instructions
Mix the eggs, half and half and cinnamon together in a bowl.
Heat your griddle to 365-370F.
Dip the bread both sides and place onto the griddle.
Reduce heat slightly, you want to crisp the outside and allow the bread to soak in the mix.
Cook until browned on the first side and flip.
Cook the other side until browned to your liking.
Remove from the heat.
We cut the extra into 3 pieces and flash froze into freezer bags (dated and identified) so you can toast in the toaster oven or pan as many as you want).
