Easy Homemade Lasagna
This easy meat lasagna comes together without a lot of fuss, using simple ingredients you probably already have on hand. It’s cozy, filling, and perfect for busy nights when you want a homemade meal that still feels a little special

oven ready lasagna noodles/sheets

cooked ground beef

Italian seasoning

minced garlic

ricotta cheese

teaspoon
parsley

teaspoon
tarragon

shredded Italian cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a bowl, mix the container of ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, parsley, and tarragon.
Once mixed, add the cup of Parmesan cheese and mix again and set asidde.
When you cook the ground beef, add the garlic and set aside.
In an 8x8 pan, add about 1 cup of tomato sauce and shake the pan or smooth out to even out.
Add a layer of the oven ready lasagna noodles/sheets.
Take about 1/3 of the cheese mix and and spread it on top of the lasagna noodles.
Repeat again and add all but 1 cup of the meat on top and spread out.
Add another layer of noodles and add a layer of cheese mix.
Add another layer of noodles and cheese.
Put the last of the cheese mix on and spread out, then add the meat and spread out.
Add the remaining amount of tomato sauce on top and spread out.
Take the bag of Italian cheese and spread out on top evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
