Ingredients
12
oz
bag of cranberries, washed and sorted
1
cup
sugar
1
large
seedless orange, quartered
or 2 medium oranges
Instructions
Wash the oranges and soak the cranberries, remove any wrinkled or spoiled cranberries.
In a food processor, add the cranberries and quartered orange (seeds removed).
Leave the rind on the orange.
Chop the fruit until it has a relish consistency.
Place the mix in a bowl and repeat until all the cranberries and oranges are processed.
Add the sugar into the bowl and stir to incorporate.
Cover the relish with plastic wrap and allow to sit for 2-3 hours.
Once it has sat for (so it has developed some sugary juice), stir again. You can serve at this point, or place back into the fridge for another hour.

Notes
You can make this recipe ahead of time, as long as your family won't eat it.
Allowing the fruit to sit will allow the flavors to infuse together.
