Ah-Mazing BBQ Pulled Pork - Instant Pot
More than just pork and barbecue. A taste explosion in your mouth. Make the best pulled pork instant pot sandwich you can't stop eating.

onion powder

garlic powder

cayenne pepper

Instructions
Set your Instant Pot to Saute.
Add your brown sugar, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl.
Add olive oil into your Instant Pot.
Take your pork butt/loin and trim off the major sections of fat on the outside. You are not trying to eliminate all the fat, but extra fatty sections.
Cut the pork in half (or thirds if they are large).
Cover the pork in a light coating of mustard.
Add the seasoning all over each piece of the pork.
Sear in the Instant Pot on all sides.
Add the chicken broth into the Instant Pot and place the cover on.
Cook on high pressure for 1 hour, allowing natural release.
Remove the lid and drain the excess liquid, but not all of it. You want it to still have moisture, not be dry.
Add a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce. Stir and taste. If more BBQ sauce is needed, add more.
Serve on a soft hamburger bun and enjoy.
