easy cheese ravioli recipe
Here is another meatless Monday recipe! A simple cheese ravioli recipe that you just need to put together and bake. You can make this recipe ahead of time. We even use frozen ravioli’s when we are in a run to get dinner started.
We usually have shredded cheese in our fridge, so I will use up those leftover bags to make this meal and more if needed. If you like a little spice, you can also add Italian seasoning to our sauce to add more flavor.
You can prepare this dish ahead of time and have it in the fridge. I would recommend placing it in the oven and not preheat due to the temperature difference if you do this.
1 – 25 ounce bag mini cheese raviolis
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
8 -12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In an 8×8 or 9×9 square baking pan, add 1/3 of the sauce.
Place a layer of cheese raviolis on top of the sauce.
Add some mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the raviolis.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese and adding cheddar cheese on top.
Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with a side of garlic bread.
